DAMAGED GOODS RETURNS:
If received damaged goods please call us directly OR email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Do not ship goods back for damage without calling first. Damages MUST be recorded immediately via photo and emailed to us with in 24 hrs. We will pursue a claim against the carrier and reship your goods immediately if damage warrants it. We may recall the damaged goods. We do not refund damaged orders.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date via phone or email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the packaging is opened returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee. Installed or tested with items are NOT returnable under any circumstance.

To complete your return, send us an email with tracking for the item you are sending back. Label the item with RMA: (your original order number)
Ship the item to BargainBoater.com 13100 S. Belcher Road Largo Florida 33773. Include a copy of your original purchase receipt OR your approved RMA email. Either is fine.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where we do not accept returns.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any specially ordered items (All of Evinrude/Johnson Rigging is special order)
* Any Electrical or Electronic items, Fuel Pumps, Oil Pumps
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days. We will not refund the original shipping charges unless there return was caused by our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 4 days or our receipt of your returned item please call or email us @ email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item please call or email us. We are happy to help ensure you get the right item :)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may also be responsible for paying a restocking fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Many of our items may have manufacturers warranty available. DO NOT ship back items you think may be warrantable. Please call us to discuss it. Each vendor has different policies and we will need to evaluate what they may cover for you. BargainBoater.com and its parent entity Suncoast Marine Center make no guarantee of warranty coverage, and rely solely on the policies of each manufacturer. We do guarantee that we will review and respond to your request in a timely manner. Depeding on the manufacturer - we may require the item be returned before we can determine coverage.
