Shipping policy
Handling / Transit Time
We try to process your orders as soon as possible. Please allow at least 1 (one) business day for processing and shipping your order. It might take longer during holidays or other days when we experience high order volume. Handling time on some items and accessories will be longer than usual due to back order procedures.
Orders shipped via UPS that are placed after 3:00PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day if carriers are operational on that day. Orders shipped via USPS that are placed after 10:00AM Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day if carriers are operational on that day.
Estimated delivery times are entirely up to the carrier you choose for shipping. These are estimated, not guaranteed, and may change at any time without notice at the discretion of the carrier. We do not guarantee, nor are we responsible for, late delivery of packages as this is beyond our control. Shipping times are estimated in business days, do not include weekends or holidays and may, in some cases, run longer than shown.
Damaged / Lost Shipments
Damaged packages are the responsibility of the delivering carrier. If you receive a damaged package, take photos of the package before opening, save the box and all packaging material and call us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Lost packages are the responsibility of the delivering carrier. If your package is lost a claim will need to be submitted to the carrier using the tracking info provided with your order. We will provide documentation to prove the value of your package and shipping fee you paid. All orders are insured for the full price of the product and the shipping fees paid. Once approved by the carrier, a refund will be issued for the price of the product and shipping fees paid.
Return Shipping
To return your product, contact us and, if approved, we will email a return shipping label for you to use to ship it back to us. If you elect to mail it with your own shipping label you should mail your product to: Bargain Boater, 13100 S Belcher Rd, Largo FL 33773, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided a return shipping label via email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
