When your magnets become loose / detached from your flywheel, this does not mean that you need to replace the entire flywheel. In many cases, you will be able to remove the affected magnets (or all of them) and after cleaning the surfaces of the flywheel and magnet then re-adhere them to the flywheel. This procedure takes about 24 hours with the necessary dry times and is not a very hard procedure.
Tech Notes: For the large magnets found on the Carbureted 3.0L engines and others with similar large magnets, 1 epoxy kit package will be good for 2 magnets. This kit includes (2) packets, 1 instruction sheet and 2 sticks for mixing / spreading of epoxy after mixing.
